TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber)

TPR is an eco‑friendly material combining rubber‑like elasticity and easy‑processing performance of plastics. Key features: no vulcanization required, direct injection‑molding for short cycle time; 100 % recyclable sprues & scraps. Soft tactile feel; broad hardness range Shore A 0‑100. Excellent low‑temperature toughness (remains flexible down to ‑40 °C). Good over‑molding adhesion to rigid plastics such as PP and ABS.
